G12 or the Governance of Twelve is a cell group strategy developed by Pastors Cesar and Claudia Castelano of Columbia, South America.  This year we introduced pastors in the Black Community to the G12 movement through our annual conference.

It is our intention to develop a G12 Institute in Orlando, Florida for training national and international pastors in this biblical approach to ministry.  We appointed a director and will launch the Institute in January of 2006.  G12 seeks to win, consolidate, disciple and send church members into the world.  Therefore, we see this as a primary means of meeting our organizational mission.
