I work with Africa On Fire
Missions, Inc., as Dr. Peggy Raymans’ Administrative Assistant. Much of my
work at this time is geared towards helping to mobilize my home church. I
also assist in promoting missions mobilization in the African American Church
through networking, short-term and career mission trips, through my
Administrative skills. My goal for 2008 will be a long-term assignment in
Africa.

| How did
she become
a missionary? |
|
I have
worked in stateside missions since 1989 in Illinois. After receiving my
degree in Biblical Studies in November 2002 and retiring in January 2004, I
realized that there was more I needed to do for the Lords Kingdom. The Lord
sent me to Orlando, Florida where I have been working in missions. God is
using my experience and is directing me to the mission field full-time. I am
being led by the Lord to do Administrative work overseas to help ease the
burdens for our African Mission partners.

What challenges is she facing
in her work? |
Today, I am raising support to
attend my first short-term missions trip to Kenya. I will be there for about
5 weeks.
